A waterside haunt famous for hush puppies and crab cakes and infamous for flooding is poised to become a resort-style marina. Restaurateurs and developers Teresa and Brian Mullins are in the early stages of a nearly $8 million project intended to bring new foodie and boating life to a site that was once home to Bennett’s Creek Restaurant and Marina.
